The Centro's Evening Legal Clinic provides confidential legal advice, information and referral, and limited advocacy with the aim to serve immigrants and other low-income people living and working in New York City. On a regular basis - usually 2 weekday evenings per month - qualified lawyers are on site for individual consultations. Collectively, our lawyers have experience in immigration law, workplace rights, civil rights, tenants' rights and housing court, public benefits eligibility, and domestic violence issues. Legal Clinic services are free or low-cost and Spanish-English translators assist the Clinic.
To sign up for a 30-minute appointment, please visit the Centro at 413 West 46th Street, NYC. The Hartley House receptionist has the sign-up sheet. |
